Kathryn Cox, Paralegal
Kathryn Cox has been a paralegal with Tanko Law Office since 2008 and is an active member of the Paralegal Section of the State Bar of Montana. She is a native to New England, and after receiving her bachelor of business administration degree from Boston College and bachelor of fine arts degree from Massachusetts College of Art, she moved west to Denver, Colorado where she lived, raised a family and worked for over 20 years.
Cox expanded her business experience working primarily in Denver’s corporate market including finance, mining, mortgage and high-end architecture. She and her husband desired a change from the “big city”, so they purchased a home on Flathead Lake in Rollins, Montana in 2005 and moved in shortly thereafter when their youngest son began attending college in Missoula. She is a Certified Paralegal, U.S. Certified Ski Instructor, a regular contributor to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, and Treasurer/Manager of her homeowner’s association.
Cox and her husband enjoy traveling abroad and domestically, with emphasis on kayaking, hiking, skiing, and fishing. Road trips and camping in their RV has become a recent favorite summer activity. When she is not working or traveling, she enjoys gardening, art projects, country music and classic movies.
